按摩五心穴在全麻患者促醒过程中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of massaging Wuxin acupoint in process of awakening patients with general anesthesia. Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,60 patients who underwent general anesthesia were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group (30 patients,conventional method of awakening)and oberservation (30 patients,massage Wuxin acupoint) according to the method of random number table method.The resuscitation scores,clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of wakefulness,limb mobility and airway patency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).In the observation group,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate were lower than those in the control group,and oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion It is of high clinical value to improve the clinical indexes and reduce the complications by massaging the Wuxin points in patients with general anesthesia.
