非甾体抗炎药的心血管不良反应及用药监护

Abstract Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)is a kind of common analgesic drug in clinic,but it has been reported that the incidence of adverse reactions is high in the long-term use of NSAIDs.Therefore,it is very important to study the mechanism of NSAIDs and find out the cause of adverse reactions in the course of using NSAIDs.At present,developed countries in Europe and the United States have issued a series of prevention and control guidelines or expert consensus on cardiovascular adverse reactions of NSAIDs,but the research on this area in China is still in its infancy.This paper mainly analyzes the cardiovascular adverse reactions and medication monitoring strategies of NSAIDs,so as to provide reference for medical workers to make comprehensive decisions.
