Application effect of the system of "three sessions and one lesson" in hospital party construction |

Abstract Objective To study the application and effect of the "three sessions and one lesson" system in hospital party building. Methods Before January-December 2018 as the "three sessions and one lesson",the party building work followed the conventional method;after January-December 2019 as the "three sessions and one lesson",the party construction work attaches importanced to the "three sessions and one lesson".The application of the system evaluated the number of monthly inspections,monthly notifications,monthly rectifications,theoretical assessment scores,practical assessment scores,and department member management satisfaction rates during the party building process of the hospital before and after the "three sessions and one lesson". Results The number of monthly inspections,monthly notifications,and monthly rectifications in the party building process after the "three sessions and one lesson" were higher than those before the "three sessions and one lesson",and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of the cadres on the theoretical and practical evaluations of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China were higher than those before the "three sessions and one lesson",the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);after "three sessions and one lesson",the department members had a higher satisfaction rate with the hospital management than before the "three sessions and one lesson",the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Emphasizing the implementation of the "three sessions and one lesson" system in the development of the hospital′s party building can improve the quality of the party building work,help the majority of party members and cadres to master the party constitution and rules,be stricter with themselves,and promote the continuous improvement of hospital management.
