Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease. Methods A total of 50 patients with hypertensive heart disease who were treated in the Second People′s Hospital of Jingdezhen from October 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, with 25 cases in each group. The control group underwent the single echocardiography, and the test group underwent echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram examination. The cardiac examinations and diagnostic results were compared between two groups,at the same time, the angiocardiography diagnosis was used to confirm the diagnosis. Results There were no statistically significant differences in heart-related examination indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of left ventricular enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, rhythm changes, and left ventricular hypertrophy strain in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients were hypertensive heart disease by the examination of angiocardiography, and the result of angiocardiography was taken as the "gold standard",the area under the curve(0.864)and sensitivity of the combined detection of myocardial function were higher than those of the single detection of echocardiography, and the diagnostic efficiency was higher. Conclusion Echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram can detect the impaired cardiac function in patients with hypertensive heart disease, which is conductive to early diagnosis and treatment.
