Abstract:Objective To explore the applied value of ultrasonic elastography parameters on diagnosis of breast tumor. Methods The clinical data about 60 breast tumor patients treated from January 2017 to October 2019 in the Second People′s Hospital of Foshan City was retrospectively analyzed.According to the nature of the tumor, thirty-one patients with benign tumor were included in the group A, and the remaining twenty-nine patients with malignant tumor were included in the group B.Both groups were examined by ultrasound. The clinical application value of elastic imaging and two-dimensional imaging were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in diameter and area of lesions between two-dimensional imaging and elastography imaging in group A (P>0.05).The diameter and area of lesions based on elastography imaging in group B was larger than those of two-dimensional imaging, the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).The diameter and area of lesions based on elastography imaging in group B was larger than those in group A, the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).The diameter change rate and area ratio of group B were higher than that of group A, the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).Compared the ratio of patients from grade 1 to grade 5 of tumor hardness for group A (19.35%, 29.03%, 41.94%,9.68% and 0.00%) and group B (0.00%, 6.90%, 13.79%, 44.83% and 34.48%), the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).The incidence of typical ultrasonic features in group B was higher than that in group A, the differences were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic elastography parameters are used to quantitatively determine the tumor hardness, typical features and area, which plays a significant role in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumor. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
