Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of elastic wire ligation stapler(RPH－4)and loop stapler(RPH)in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods290 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids from March 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital as the research object,according to different surgical methods,divided into control group and intervention group,with 145 cases in each group.The control group was treated with RPH treatment,the intervention group used RPH－4therapy stapler.The operation time and length of stay in two groups were recorded,and the curative effect and postoperative complications were observed and analyzed.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P＞0.05).The postoperative hospital stay in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of postoperative pain and postoperative anal distension sensation in the intervention group was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patients in the intervention group did not suffer from massive hemorrhage，which was significantly less than that of the control group，with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There were no complications such as anal incontinence,stenosis and perianal infection in the two groups.ConclusionRPH－4 and RPH can effectively treat hemorrhoid patients,but compared with traditional ligation therapy,RPH－4 has the advantages of simple operation,short treatment time,accurate curative effect and minimal invasion.It can obviously reduce the postoperative pain,postoperative anal distention,and the incidence of postoperative complications such as massive bleeding.
