中药咽炎方治疗急性咽炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨中药咽炎方治疗急性咽炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月～2015年7月本院收治的142例急性咽炎患者作为研究对象，按就诊时体温及血常规检查结果分为感染组和混合组。将感染组随机分为感染治疗组和感染对照组，感染治疗组给予头孢克洛及中药咽炎方，感染对照组仅给予头孢克洛。同时将混合组随机分为混合治疗组和混合对照组，混合治疗组给予中药咽炎方，混合对照组给予利巴韦林。观察各组的疗效。结果感染治疗组的总有效率为85.71%，显著高于感染对照组的64.86%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。混合治疗组的总有效率为94.12%，显著高于混合对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。感染治疗组治疗有效患者的体温下降幅度明显优于感染对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。混合治疗组治疗有效患者的体温下降幅度显著优于混合对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。各组的不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。　结论中药咽炎方治疗急性咽炎疗效可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine　（TCM）pharyngitis prescription in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods 142 patients with acute pharyngitis in our hospital from March 2012 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the infection group and the mixed group according to body temperature and results of blood routine examination.Patients in the infection group were randomly divided into the infection treatment group and the infection control group，the infection treatment group was given cefaclor and TCM pharyngitis prescription，the infection control group was treated with single cefaclor.Meanwhile，patients in the mixed group were divided into the mixed treatment group and the mixed control group，the mixed treatment group was given TCM pharyngitis prescription，the mixed control group was treated with ribavirin.The effect of each group was compared.Results The total effective rate in the infection treatment group was 85.71%，which was higher than 64.86%in the infection control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The total effective rate in the mixed treatment group was 94.12%，which was higher than 75.00%in the mixed control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.The decline range of body temperature of effective patient in the infection treatment group was better than that in the infection control group，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.The decline range of body temperature of effective patient in the mixed treatment group was better than that in the mixed control group，with significant difference（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between all groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion TCM pharyngitis prescription has reliable clinical effect in the treatment of acute pharyngitis，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
