Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of analgesia using Lornoxicam after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction to provide more reference value for clinic. Methods 28 cases with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and postoperative pain treated by our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 was retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups, and control group was given Dezocine while observation group was given Lornoxicam.VAS score, analgesia satisfaction and incidence of adverse reaction in patients between two group was compared respectively. Results Compared with before treatment,VAS score after 6 h,12 h,18 h and 24 h was significantly lowered and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ⅰncidence rate of adverse reaction of observation group(7.14%)was significantly lower than that of control group(42.86%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Good and excellent satisfaction in patients of observation group(85.71%)was significantly higher than that of control group(42.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Lornoxicam treating postoperative pain after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is better, and it effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction with higher safety,it is worth to be popularized and applied in clinic.
