Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the conventional treatment combined with lung surface active substance in the treatment of premature infant respiratory distress syndrome.MethodsFrom February 2008 to February 2016,100 cases of children with premature respiratory distress syndrome were selected and randomly divided into observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given the lung surface active substance on the basis of the control group.The blood gas and oxygenation function index before and after treatment,and time of mechanical ventilation,oxygen therapy after treatment,length of hospital stay and clinical effect of children were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,blood gas and oxygenation function index of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the time of mechanical ventilation,oxygen therapy after treatment,length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05);the treatment effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05).ConclusionIn treatment of premature infant respiratory distress syndrome,the lung surface active substance has shorten the length of hospital stay,time of oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation,and has obviously improved the lood gas and oxygenation function,treatment effect is remarkable,it is worthy of further application in clinic.
