Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore efficacy comfortable nursing on decreasing the incidence of urinary fistula in children with hypospadias after Snodgrass surgery.Methods200 cases in the hospital with hypospadias undergoing Snodgrass surgery from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.100 cases were given routine nursing care(the control group),100 cases were given comfortable care on the basis of the control group(the observation group).The number of crying,postoperative pain,the first defecation time,stool con sistency,the incidence of postoperative urinary fistula and incision complications were compared between two groups.ResultsThe number of crying patients in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the crying time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of pain caused by different causes in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time of the patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the number of stool soft wet symptoms was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative urinary fistula and incision complications were significantly lower than thoset of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionNursing care of children with hypospadias undergoing Snodgrass surgery in the choice of comfort care can significantly reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of incision complications and urinary fistula after operation,promote the rehabilitation of patients.It is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
