Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin on desloratadine citrate in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods180 cases of chronic urticaria from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,90 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Desloratadine Citrate,the study group was treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with Desloratadine Citrate.The clinical efficacy,onset time,symptom disappearance time,adverse reaction,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,IgE and EOS levels were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical effective rate of the study group(92.22%)was significantly better than that of the control group(78.88%)(P＜0.05).The onset time and symptom disappearance time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,IgE and EOS levels in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria in Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Desloratadine Citrate treatment can significantly shorten the treatment time of patients,improve the peripheral blood T cell subsets,IgE，EOS,and safe and effective,it is worthy of promotion and application.
