Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the value ofmanual reduction combined with bolster training in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fractures.M ethods120 cases of thoracolumbar compression fractures treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different treatment protocols,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug therapy,functional exercise and manipulation,the experimental group was given bolster training on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy,pain level difference was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe treatment excellent and good rate in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The pain scores at 1,4 and 6 weeks after intervention in the two groups was significantly lower than that before intervention,and the pain score of the two groups showed a downward trend (P<0.05).The pain scores at 4 and 6 weeks after intervention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in patientswithmanual reduction and bolster training combined treatment can better improve the pain symptoms,improve the effectof fracture treatment,the application value is higher.
