Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Clopidogrel and Ticagrelor in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 120 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) treated in Liaoning Zhongzhi Shengjing Hospital of Geriatric from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected. According to random table method, they were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were treated with Aspirin,on this basis, the control group was treated with Clopidogrel and the study group was treated with Tigritol. The total effective rate, inflammatory response and blood lipid factors of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, homocysteine (Hcy) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and Hcy and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and TG,TC and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ticagrelor can improve the total clinical effective rate of UA antithrombotic therapy by inhibiting inflammation and improving dyslipidemia.
