Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with Adrenaline treating ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors in patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the lottery grouping method, each had 49 cases. The control group received conventional medical treatment, and the observation group received endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Adrenaline injection. The hemostatic effect, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The hemostatic success rate in the observation group (95.92%) was higher than that in the control group (79.59%), and the rebleeding rate (4.08%) was lower than that in the control group(20.41%), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor- α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatmentthe, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding with endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Adrenaline therapy can improve hemostatic effect, improve inflammation and reduce adverse reactions.
