Abstract：Objective To explore the appliction effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic rectal cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 104 patients who underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer radical operation from January 2016 to January 2019.According to different nursing plans,they were divided into control group (n=52) and study group (n=52).The control group adopted routine nursing mode,and the study group adopted clinical nursing path mode.The total incidence of complications,recovery time and subjective nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ①The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).②Rehabilitation time (anal exhaust time,bed time,hospitalization time) in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).③The excellent rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer has a good effect,which can help to reduce the complications of operation,promote the recovery of patients,and improve their subjective nursing experience,which is clinical reference.
