Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the scores of health status questionnaire (SF-36) and activity of daily living scale (ADL) of patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 60 cases of DN treated by maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group carried out traditional nursing, and the observation group carried out full-scale nursing.ADL and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of nursing, ADL score grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and the ability of daily life of the patients with DN treated by MHD.
