Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of intelligent negative pressure combined with autologous platelet-rich gel on Wagner 3-4 grade diabetic foot. Methods A total of 80 patients with Wagner 3-4 grade diabetic foot hospitalized in Qinzhou First People′s Hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with intelligent trauma negative pressure comprehensive therapy, patients in the experimental group were treated with intelligent trauma negative pressure combined with autologous platelet-rich gel.The wound healing time, dressing change time, ulcer area, blood glucose level, treatment effect and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of dressing change, ulcer area in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, healing time was shorter than that in the control group, and blood glucose level was lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group after 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of Wagner 3-4 diabetic foot by intelligent negative pressure combined with autologous platelet-rich gel can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, reduce ulcer area, promote wound healing, shorten hospital stay and improve satisfaction. It has simple operation and low cost, which is worthy of popularization and application.
