Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of Dexmedetomidine in patients with nausea and vomiting after endoscopic gynecological surgery. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, a total of 66 patients underwent laparoscopic gynecological surgery at Guangzhou Panyu District He Xian Memorial Hospital and who developed nausea and vomiting after the operation were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the study groups and the control group according to the drawing lots method, with 33 cases in each. The control group used Sufentanil 150 μg,and the study group used Sufentanil 150 μg + Dexmedetomidine 200 μg. And set the lock time, infusion rate and single load dose to 15 min, 2 ml/h, 2 ml in sequence. The intraoperative Opioid dosage, pneumoperitoneum pressure and time, and total gas consumption were compared between the two groups of patients. At the same time, the nausea and vomiting, sedation scores of the two groups of patients at different time periods were observed. Results There were no statistically significant differences of intraoperative Opioid dosage, pneumoperitoneum pressure and time, and total gas consumption between the two groups (P>0.05). At six to below twelve hours, twelve to below eighteen hours, eighteen to below twenty-four hours after surgery, the nausea and vomiting score of the study groups were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At below six hours, six to below twelve hours, twelve to below eighteen hours, eighteen to below twenty-four hours after surgery, the sedation score of the study groups were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The improperness mirror and gynecologic surgery in patients with postoperative nausea and vomiting condition, application of self-control vein analgesia pump, scientific administration of Dexmetomidine drugs is better than the simple application of Sulfentanyl, could keep calm and able to help patients, and the effect is remarkable, it is worth promoting.
