Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the rehabilitation of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD).Methods A total of 60 patients with PFD after delivery who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.By a random number table method, the patients were divided into groups A, B, and C with 20 cases in each group.Patients in group A were provided with given aerobics for rehabilitation, batients in group B provided with biofeedback electrical stimulation, and batients in group C were provided with aerobics and biofeedback electrical stimulation. The muscle strength of types I and II muscle fibers and muscle contraction duration, dynamic vaginal pressure, nocturia frequency and quality of life were compared before and after train. Results After train, the patients number of grade IV and V muscle strength of types I and II muscle fibers in group C were higher than those in groups A and B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),but those indexes in groups A and B were not significant (P>0.05).After train, the contraction duration of types I and II muscle fibers in group C was longer than that of groups A and B with statistical significance (P<0.05).The contraction duration in group B was longer than that of group A with statistical significance (P<0.05).After train, the vaginal pressure of group C was more powerful than that of groups A and B with statistical significance (P<0.05).The vaginal pressure of group B after intervention was more powerful than that of group A with statistical significance (P<0.05).After train, the nocturia frequency and PFIQ-7 scores of group C were lower than groups A and B with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nocturia frequency and PFIQ-7 scores of group B were lower than those of group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both biofeedback electrical stimulation and aerobics can promote the recovery of pelvic floor function.Compared with one of them, combined intervention can significantly improve pelvic floor muscle strength of types I and II muscle fibers, contraction duration, and pelvic floor pressure, thereby effectively promoting the recovery of pelvic floor function and improving quality of life.
