Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing at different time on postpartum pelvic floor function. Methods A total of 62 cases of normal delivery women who were admitted to Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method, they were divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The control group was treated with rehabilitation care from 2 months after delivery, while the observation group was treated with rehabilitation care from 1 month after delivery. The pelvic floor muscle strength, urinary incontinence and pelvic floor pressure recovery rate after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the firstclass fiber machine voltage, the second-class fiber voltage of pelvic floor muscle and the cross-sectional muscle strength of hand vagina in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically different (P<0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group after nursing was 9.70%,which was lower than that in the control group (29.00%), and the dfference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery rate of pelvic floor pressure in the observation group after nursing was 96.70%, which was higher than that in the control group (71.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation nursing can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence, and recover pelvic floor pressure well, which is worthy of populariation.
