Objective To summarize and analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in Jiangmen Central Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to provide reference for clinical medication and promote safe and rational drug use.Methods Altogether 1068 cases of ADR in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were collected for retrospective analysis, which mainly involved the status and association evaluation of ADR, gender,age, administration mode, drug classification and variety, organs/systems and clinical symptoms.Results In 1068 cases of ADR, 810 cases (75.8%) were in general state and 258 cases (24.2%) were serious.Female was slightly more than male (5∶4), and 692 cases were over 51 years old (64.8%).A total of 725 cases (67.9%) were mainly given by intravenous drip, and most of them occurred on the same day of medication.All 261 varieties of 14 kinds of drugs were involved in ADR, mainly including 52 anti-infective drugs and 45 anti-tumor drugs.The main clinical symptoms were damage to the skin, its appendages and digestive system, involving 10 systems.Conclusion There are various factors that affect ADR.The clinic should pay attention to the medication of special population, strengthen the monitoring and reporting quality of ADR, improve the reporting rate, reduce the missing report and false report, and promote the medication safety of patients.
