[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium combined with Amiodarone on ventricular arrhythmia and its influences on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 150 patients with ventricular arrhythmia who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(n=75)and the control group(n=75)according to the simple random grouping method.The observation group was treated with Creatine Phosphate Sodium and Amiodarone,while control group was treated with Amiodarone.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The curative effect,heart rate,corrected QT interval (QTc),levels of myocardial injury markers and inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the heart rate in two groups were lower than those before treatment,the QTc in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the QTc was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,levels of cardiac troponin I (cTnI),creatine kinase MB (CK-MB),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were lower than those before treatment in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,levels of cTnI,CK-MB,BNP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Creatine Phosphate Sodium combined with Amiodarone can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,and repair damaged cardiomyocytes.
