坐骨股骨撞击综合征的临床特点及影像学研究进展

Abstract Ischiofemoral impingement syndrome (IFI) is an atypical extraarticular hip impingement syndrome caused by many factors but not fully understood.It is caused by abnormal femoral muscles due to the stenosis of the sciatic nodule and the small trochanter space.Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the first choice in the diagnosis and evaluation of IFI.Ischiofemoral interstitial injection test has dual value of diagnosis and treatment.Endoscopic decompression appears to be useful in improving function and reducing hip pain in IFI patients.This article reviews the research progress of the anatomy,pathophysiology,clinical manifestation,imaging diagnois and treatment plan of IFI.
