脐针配合混元灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of umbilical needle combined with mixed moxibustion treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods One hundred and ten patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the study group (n=55) and control group (n=55).The patients of control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The patients of the study group were treated with umbilical needle combined with mixed moxibustion.The clinical treratment effect, prostaglandin F2α and prostaglandi E2 (PGE2)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 94.55%, which was higher than that of the control group (72.73%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of PGF2α and PGE2 between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).The PGF2α level of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment, The PGE2 level of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Umbilical needle combined with mixed moxibustion treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type can improve its therapeutic effect, greatly alleviate the pain symptoms of patients, reduce the PGF2α level, improve the PGE2 level,and improve the level of daily life of patients with obvious advantages.
