DR与螺旋CT在急诊胸腹部创伤中的临床诊断结果比较

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the clinical value of DR and spiral CT in emergency treatment of thoracoabdominal trauma.Methods120 emergency patients with thoracoabdominal trauma admitted from October 2015 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected.All patients were given DR and spiral CT examination.The imaging quality of the two diagnostic methods was analyzed,and the diagnostic coincidence rates of the two diagnostic methods were compared.ResultsThe quality of CT imaging was significantly higher than that of DR(P＜0.05).The coincidence rate of CT in diagnosis of rib fracture,diaphragmatic injury,kidney injury,spleen injury,pancreatic injury,pulmonary contusion,atelectasis,pneumothorax,hematoma and emphysema was as high as 100.00%,significantly higher than that of DR diagnosis of 84.17%,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with DR,the diagnostic value of CT in emergency treatment of chest and abdomen trauma is higher,and it can be used to accurately locate and evaluate the trauma site,which is of great promotion value.
