静吸复合麻醉与全凭静脉麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的麻醉效果对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the anesthetic effect of intravenous inhalational anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery to provide the clinical guidance on the selection of the anesthesia methods of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods90 patients receiving the gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=45)and experimental group (n=45).Patients in the control group were given intravenous inhalational anesthesia,while patients the experimental group were given total intravenous anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,hemodynamics indexes and the incidence of adverse reaction after operation were compared in patients between the two groups.ResultsThe onset time of anesthesia,opening time and extubation time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The hemodynamics index of SBP,DBP and heart rate and son on in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionCompared with the intravenous inhalational anesthesia,the total intravenous anesthesia has an more ideal anesthetic effect in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,and the hemodynamics index is more stable,the safety is higher.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
