美托洛尔联合培哚普利吲达帕胺治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

Abstract ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined with Perindopril and Indapamide in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.MethodsFrom March 2014 to April 2016,80 patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease who were admitted into our hospital were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.The observation group was treated with combined with Perindopril and Indapamide,while the control group was treated with Metoprolol.The total effective rate after treatment,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDsd),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),heart rate (HR),systolic blood pressure (SBP)before and after treatment between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,the control group was 82.50%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,LVEDd, LVEDsd,LVEF,HR,SBP and DBP between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05),after treatment, LVEDd,LVEDsd,LVEF,HR,SBP and DBP in the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionMetoprolol combined with Perindopril and Indapamide in treatment of heart failure caused by coronary heart disease can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
