Effect of sequential mechanical ventilation under the guidance of lung infection control window in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

Abstract ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the effect of sequential mechanical ventilation under the guidance of lung infection control window on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.MethodsA total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)who were treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the subjects,they were divided into control group (n=50)and observation group(n=50)by the random number table,patients of the control group were given invasive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment,patients of the observation group were given sequential mechanical ventilation treatment under the guidance of the lung infection control window.FEV1,FVC,mechanical ventilation and blood gas (pH,PaCO2,PaO2,SaO2)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,FEV1and FVC were higher in the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than those in the control group,the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU were shorter than those in the control group and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mechanical ventilation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of pH,PaO2and SaO2in the observation group were higher than those before treatment,and the changes of PaCO2were more obvious than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionUnder the guidance of lung infection control window,patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease have a great effect on sequential mechanical ventilation.
