经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗老年骨质疏松陈旧性胸腰椎压缩骨折的效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and application value of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of old thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fractures in elderly patientswith osteoporosis.M ethods27 elderly patientswith old thoracolumbar vertebrae compression fractureswere enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.The patients were treated with PKP,the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.The VAS pain scores(postoperative follow-up),posterior segment kyphosis and postoperative vertebral height(by X-ray)were recorded and compared between before and after operation.Results27 patients were successfully completed PKP operation.The VAS pain score after operation was(2.57±0.47)points,which was significantly lower than that before operation[(8.56±0.71)points],the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative in the sagittal segmental kyphosis Cobb angle (P＞0.05).The vertebral body of anterior wall height and themiddle height of the patients after operation were better than that before operation,with significant difference(P＜0.01).ConclusionPKP has a good clinical effect in the treatment of old thoracolumbar spine compression fractures in elderly patients with osteoporosis,which significantly reduces the pain of patients and has a small surgical trauma,which is beneficial to improve the patients′quality of life,with clinical promotion and application value.
