椎体成形术和传统开放性手术治疗脊柱压缩骨折的效果对比

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effectof vertebroplasty and traditional open surgery in the treatment of spinal compression fractures.M ethods140 patients with spinal compression fractures were enrolled in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2015.They were evenly divided into the control group and the research group according to the average distributionmethod,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the research group was given vertebroplasty.The operative condition,postoperative hospital stay,pain score (VAS scale)and local Cobb angle (lateral side of vertebrae by X-ray)were compared in the two groups.ResultsThe amount of intraoperative bleeding in the research group was less than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The pain scores of the two groups at 1 d and 1month after operation was significantly lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The pain scores of the research group at 1 d and 1 month after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The local Cobb angle in the two groups at 1 d and 1 month after operation was significantly less than that before treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The local Cobb angle of the research group at 1 d and 1 month after operation was significantly less than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionVertebroplasty is effective in improving the local Cobb angle,relieving pain and shortening the hospital stay with mild surgical trauma and few postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
