快速康复外科理念围手术期护理在老年脆性髋部骨折患者中的应用

Abstract Objective To analyze the application value of perioperative nursing intervention of rapid recovery surgery(FTS) in elderly patients with Brittle hip fracture. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with Brittle hip fracture admitted to Xiaogan Center Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given routine nursing plus FTS perioperative nursing intervention, and the hip function (Harris), visual aralogue scale (VAS), activity of dailylivzing (ADL), incidence of complication, and the follow-up results were compared before and 1 month after nursing, incidence of complications and follow-up results. Results Before nursing, there were no significant differences in Harris, VAS and ADL scores between the two groups (P＞0.05); at 1 month after nursing, the Harris and ADL scores of two groups were higher than those before nursing, the VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before nursing, the Harris and ADL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The patients were followed up for half a year, and there was no recurrence of adverse events in the two groups. There was no significant difference in the follow-up results between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing of FTS concept in elderly patients with brittle hip fracture can improve hip joint function, relieve pain, improve daily living ability, and reduce the incidence of complications.
