全面护理在行腹腔镜下小儿疝气高位结扎手术患儿中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia. Methods From January to December 2020, 90 children patients laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia who were admitted to Sanming First Hospital were selected as the study subjects. A computerized grouping method was used to divide the children patients into the routine group and the observation group, 45 cases in each group. Children patients in the routine group were given routine nursing intervention, and those in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The surgical indicators (duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, length of stay), quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and clinical complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the duration of operation and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group, and the blood loss during operation was less than that in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Scores of quality of life, including social function, physical health,physiological function, role function and other indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group, the total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the children patients laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric hernia has a significant clinical application value and can be further applied as a reference.
