前瞻性护理对心肺复苏患者的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of prospective nursing on the patients receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods From February 2019 to February 2021, 60 patients receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation who were admitted to the Putian Branch, No.900 Hospital of Joint Force of Logistic Support were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group (30 cases)and the observation group (30 cases)by random number table method. The control group was given conventional nursing method, and the observation group was given prospective nursing method. The blood gas analysis index levels, Glasgow coma index (GCS) scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at 12 and 24 h after resuscitation. Results At 12 and 24 h after resuscitation, the blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2) level was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). At 6 and 12 h after resuscitation, the GCS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The nursing service satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing in the patients receiving cardiopulmonary resuscitation has the values of improving blood gas index levels, promoting the recovery of nerve function after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and improving patients' acceptance.
