改良体位在超（极）低出生体重儿PICC置管中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of modified posture in peripherally inserted central ccatheter(PICC) catheterization of ultra (extremely) low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 150 ultra (extremely) low birth weight infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (75 infants)and the observation group (75 infants) using random number table method. The control group was given traditional posture PICC catheterization, and the observation group was given modified posture catheterization. The one-time catheterization success rate, delivery time, the total catheter ectopic rate and the total incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The one-time catheterization success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total catheter ectopic rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.01). There were no statistical differences in the delivery time and the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Modified posture can reduce PICC catheter ectopic rate in ultra (extremely) low birth weight infants, but which will not extend delivery time and increase the incidence of complications.
