硝苯地平控释片联合小剂量阿司匹林肠溶片治疗妊娠期高血压的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets combined with low-dose Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy. Methods A total of 80 patients with hypertension during pregnancy who were admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group(40 patients) and the control group (40 patients) by the blind selection method. The control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets alone, and the observation group was added low-dose Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of the control group. The total effective rates, the total incidences of adverse reactions, the total incidence of adverse pregnancy events and the cardiac function of pregnant women in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The ejection fraction (EF), stroke volume (SV) and cardiac output (CO) in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the early/late diastolic peak flow rate (E/A) in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse pregnancy events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets combined with low-dose Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets can effectively improve the cardiac function and pregnancy outcome in patients with hypertension during pregnancy with good efficacy. Simultaneously, it can also ensure the safety of medication.
