基于自我效能理论干预对脑卒中患者居家功能锻炼依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To discuss the effect of self-efficacy theory intervention to functional exercise compliance of home-dwelling stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke who were discharged home after rehabilitation at Guangdong Work Injury Rehabilitation Hospital from July 1,2019 to March 31,2020 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional discharge rehabilitation guidance based on personalized condition,the experiment group added the self-efficacy theory intervention plan.The scores of patients′ self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance assessed by rehabilitation self-efficacy scale and functional exercise compliance scale before intervention and at the 4,8 and 12 weeks after intervention were compared.Results There were no significant differences in rehabilitation self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance scale scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The patients in the experimental group had higher rehabilitation self-efficacy and functional exercise compliance scale scores at 4,8 and 12 weeks after intervention than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention plan which is based on self-efficacy theory construction can greatly improve the home functional exercise compliance of cerebral stroke patients.
