股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定对股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者术后髋关节功能及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation on hip function and quality of life in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from December 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases).The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw internal fixation,while the experimental group was treated with proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail internal fixation.Surgical indicators,hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,surgical incision and fracture healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the experimental group (92.50%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group after treatment ([90.47±8.54]points) was higher than that in the control group([75.45±7.22]points),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation is significant.
