临床综合优质护理在体外膜肺氧合治疗病毒性心肌炎患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of clinical comprehensive high-quality nursing in the treatment of patients with viral myocarditis by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO).Methods A total of 48 patients with viral myocarditis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected as clinical research objects, they were divided into comprehensive group and control group according to random number table method, with 24 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with ECMO, patients in the comprehensive group were given comprehensive high-quality care, and patients in the control group were given routine care.The differences in the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups after 2 months of nursing.Results There was no statistical significance in the levels of myocardial enzymes and cardiac function indexes between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After 2 months of nursing, the levels of myocardial enzymes in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the control group, the level of cardiac function in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 2 months of nursing, the levels of myocardial enzymes in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the levels of cardiac function indexes in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive high-quality care for patients with viral myocarditis undergoing ECMO treatment has significant clinical effects, which can significantly improve the heart function of patients, and it is recommended to be applied and promoted.
