| Effect of Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide in the treatment of chronic heart failure |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Furosemide,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide.The efficacy,cardiac function,total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) level and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,the LVEF and BNP levels of the observation group were not statistically significant compared with the control group (P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the BNP level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Lishui Decoction combined with Furosemide can improve the heart function of patients with chronic heart failure,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
