血清CA125与肝硬化腹腔积液相关性的研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation between serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125)and ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with liver cirrhosis who treated in People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects and were divided into the cirrhosis group(36 cases)and the ascites cirrhosis group(66 cases)according to different disease types.Fasting elbow venous blood was collected and serum CA125 level was determined.The differences of CA125 levels in cirrhotic group,ascites cirrhosis group and different Child-Pugh grades were compared.The differences of CA125 levels in ascites cirrhosis group and the correlation between CA125 and Child-Pugh grades and ascites were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation.Results The serum CA125 level of ascites cirrhosis group was(386.81±35.84)U/ml,which was higher than that of cirrhotic group(18.78±3.65)U/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the continuous increase of Child-Pugh grades and the amount of peritoneal effusion increased,the serum CA125 level gradually increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CA125 level was positively correlated with Child-Pugh grades and peritoneal fluid volume(r=0.605,0.732,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CA125 level is closely related to Child-Pugh grades and the amount of ascites,which can be used as an important index to evaluate the degree of liver function damage and the amount of ascites.
