医用冷敷贴在血管活性药物所致外周静脉炎中应用的效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of medical cold compress on peripheral phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs.Methods A total of 74 patients with peripheral phlebitis in General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from March 2020 to October 2020 were divided into the control group (37 cases)and the study group (37 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Xiliaotuo ointment,and the study group was given medical cold compress.The total effective rate and total satisfaction of the two groups of patients after treatment,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in NRS and VAS scores between the two groups of patients (P＞0.05);after treatment,the NRS and VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Medical cold compress can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with peripheral phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs,relieve pain,improve comfort,and satisfaction.
