硕通镜下钬激光碎石清石术治疗肾结石的清除效果及安全性研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods A total of 80 patients with complex renal calculi admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), and the study group underwent holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy. Perioperative indicators, stone clearance effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the blood loss was lower than that of the control group, the stone clearance rate was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Renal calculi patients are treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under Shuo Tong ureteroscopy, which has better effect, high stone removal rate, less bleeding,short operation time,and low incidence of postoperative complications,which is more conducive to postoperative recovery is worthy of extensive clinical application.
