Application of electrical stimulation breathing training in pulmonary rehabilitation nursing of patients after lung cancer surgery |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of electrical stimulation breathing training in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 postoperative lung cancer patients admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with abdominal breathing training, and the test group received electrical stimulation breathing training on the basis of it.Both groups received 12 weeks of nursing care.The pulmonary function, 6-min walking distance and pulmonary rehabilitation were compared before nursing, 8 weeks after nursing, and 12 weeks after nursing.Results There were no significant difference in 1 s forced expiratory volume (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and 6-min walking distance between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).FEV1 and FVC were higher in the two groups after 8 and 12 weeks of nursing than before nursing, and FEV1 and FVC of the test group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 8 and 12 weeks of nursing, the 6-min walking distance of the two groups were longer than before nursing, and the test group was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant significance (P<0.05).The difference in dyspnea index between the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant (P>0.05).After 8 weeks and 12 weeks of nursing, the dyspnea index of the two groups was lower than before nursing, and the test group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation breathing training can effectively improve the lung function and exercise endurance of patients after lung cancer surgery, thereby promoting postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation.
