定向推注套管在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的应用研究

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of directional injection cannula in the percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods A total of 162 senile patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in Nanhai District People′s Hospital of Foshan City from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the observation group(82 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was injected with standard anterior open-ended injection cannula for bone cement injection,while the observation group was injected with directional injection cannula.Vertebroplasty in both groups was unilateral injection via pedicle.The leakage of bone cement,visual analogue score and Oswestry disability index score(ODI score)before and after the first days and 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results The two groups were successfully completed the operation and postoperative follow-up,and there was no adverse reactions occurred.There was no significant difference in operation time and bone cement injection between the two groups(P＞0.05).The leakage rate of bone cement in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale score and the ODI score at the first day after operation and 3 months after operation were lower than those before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in visual analogue score and ODI score between the two groups at different time points(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture with vertebroplasty,directional injection cannula can guide the flow direction of bone cement injection process through the improvement of injection mode,so as to obtain good bone cement dispersion effect and reduce the leakage rate of bone cement.
