全程责任制护理模式在剖宫产产妇宫缩乏力性产后出血护理中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To analyze the application value of the whole-course responsibility nursing model in the nursing of parturient with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia and cesarean section.Methods The clinical data of 60 parturient with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia and cesarean section treated in Ruijin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 was retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=27)by the nursing methods difference.The control group was used routine nursing,the observation group was used whole course responsibility nursing mode.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results The total amount of bleeding 24 hours after delivery was higher than that 2 hours after delivery,the total amount of bleeding within 2 hours and 24 hours after delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups,there were no statistical significant differences(P＞0.05);after 5 days of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion The full-course responsibility nursing model has a good application effect in the nursing of parturient with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia and cesarean section.It can effectively control the amount of postpartum hemorrhage of the parturient,improve the anxiety and depression of the parturient,and has a positive significance for postpartum recovery.
