幽门螺杆菌感染诊断的研究进展

Abstract Endoscopic imaging is constantly being improved. In addition to narrow band imaging, blue laser imaging,linked color imaging and convolutional neural networks combined with artificial intelligence systems can be clinically applied to observe Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. In chronic active gastritis, immunohistochemistry is recommended clinically if Hp is not detected by standard staining or there are rare and special bacterial infections. The molecular method based on real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has shown a high accuracy both for detecting Hp infection and drug-resistant Hp. The most reliable non-invasive test remains the urea breath test. The sensitivity of stool antigen test is comparable to the urea breath test, and may be a good alternative to the latter. This article divides the related methods for the diagnosis of Hp infection into two categories: invasive and non-invasive, and reviews the relevant methods for the diagnosis of Hp infection
