| Application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of middle-aged and elderly patients with peri-hip fracture |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in the nursing of middle-aged and elderly patients with peri-hip fracture. Methods A total of 68 middle-aged and elderly patients with peri-hip fracture in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group by nursing mode,34 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine nursing and routine follow-up after discharge. The observation group was adopted FTS nursing and extended nursing after discharge. Functional rehabilitation, postoperative complications, hospitalization days and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The rehabilitation score of the observation group at discharge and 1 month after discharge were higher than those of the control group, and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05); the Barthel index of the observation group at discharge and 1 month after discharge were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of middle-aged and elderly patients with peri-hip fracture, nursing under the guidance of the concept of FTS nursing can effectively improve the functional rehabilitation of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the living ability, worthy of clinical application.
