AbstractObjective To investigate the clinical effect of Sodium Creatine Phosphate combined with Energy Mixture in treating myocarditis in children. Methods Sixty-eight children with myocarditis who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects, and different treatment schemes were used as the basis for grouping, that was 34 children treated with a single Energy Mixture were set as a single group. The 34 children who received Sodium Creatine Phosphate on the basis of the Energy Mixture were set as the combination group. The changes of myocardial enzyme levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the curative effect and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in myocardial enzyme levels between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the myocardial enzyme levels of the two groups had decreased, and the myocardial enzyme levels of the combined group were lower than those of the single group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group (97.06%>70.59%),with statistical difference (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combined application of Sodium Creatine Phosphate and Energy Mixture in the treatment of children with myocarditis has a positive effect on the improvement of myocardial enzyme levels in children, and the treatment is safer.
