Effect of Dachengqi Decoction combined with continuous renal replacement therapy on severe acute pancreatitis |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Dachengqi Decoction combined with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)on severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods A total of 72SAP patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,36cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given Dachengqi Decoction combined with CRRT on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6],procalcitonin[PCT],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]),renal function(blood urea nitrogen[BUN],serum creatinine[SCr])and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHEⅡ)score before treatment and after 72hours treatmentwere compared between the two groups.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms (abdominal discomfort disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,blood amylase recovery time)was compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 72hours of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP,BUN,SCr and APACHEⅡscores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The abdominal discomfort disappearance time,body temperature recovery time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,blood amylase recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachengqi Decoction combined with CRRT has a good effect on SAP,which can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve renal function,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and benefit the prognosis of patients.
