个人护理终端信息系统分级护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate application effect of personal digital assistant(PDA)graded nursing in cesarean section puerperae.Methods A total of 102 cesarean section puerperae treated in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method, 51 cases in each group.In the control group, puerperae received traditional nursing, while in the observation group, puerperae received PDA graded nursing.The nursing work time, the total incidence of nursing adverse events and the total service satisfaction of puerperae between the two groups were compared.Results The time to draw temperature list, inquiry time of medical records, time to distribute medicine, time to record vital signs in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total service satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion PDA graded nursing in cesarean section in the maternal effect is very good,puerperae′s satisfaction is high, worthy of clinical application.
